Our Story
Overbird Law was founded by Jonathan Overman with a clear mission: to provide every client with the fierce, dedicated representation they deserve — regardless of the size or complexity of their case.
A proud graduate of Clemson University and Thomas M. Cooley Law School, Jonathan was admitted to the Georgia Bar in 2015. In addition to leading Overbird Law, Jonathan currently serves as a Special Assistant Attorney General, bringing invaluable experience in government litigation and regulatory matters.
An Eagle Scout, Jonathan brings the same dedication, preparation, and moral compass to his legal practice that guided his early life. He believes in doing what's right — even when it's not easy.
